Annesi ile eşi kendisini beklediklerinden işini bitirir bitirmez evin yolunu tutuyormuş. Ne zaman güneş kızarmaya başlasa, her şeyini toplayıp düşüyormuş yollara.

Karısına da söyleniyormuş:

Fakat delikanlı vadiye vardığında gözlerine inanamamış. O da nesi. Bu vadi sanki o vadi değil. Cennetten bir köşe olup çıkmış. Kurtlar yerine her yanda güzel gözlü ceylanlar geziniyormuş. Annesinin çevresinde dolaşıyorlar, onun dizlerinde uyuyorlarmış. Delikanlı heyecanla annesinin yanına koşmuş:
- Anne! Anne, şükürler olsun ki yaşıyorsun. Hâlâ buradasın!
Güzel ninecik güler yüzle karşılamış oğlunu. Sevgiyle kucaklaşmışlar. Delikanlı merakla sormuş olanları. Ninecik de anlatmış:
- Sen gittikten sonra bol bol dua ettim. Sonra bu güzel hayvanlar geldi buraya. Beni hiç yalnız bırakmadılar. Bana yiyecek getiriyorlar. Var git yoluna oğul, ben burada rahatım. Merak da etme.
Delikanlı, annesi her ağzını açtığında daha çok hayrete düşüyormuş. Çünkü annesi konuşurken ağzından çil çil altın saçılıyormuş yerlere. Güzel yüzünde güller açmış sanki. - Şu keseleri de yanına al. Altınları doldur içine. Hiç oyalanmadan geri gel. Altınlarıma bir ân önce kavuşmak istiyorum. Kim bilir ne kadar çok olmuşlardır. Köşklerde yaşayacağım artık. Muhteşem bir şey bu. Hizmetçilerim olacak. Şu evin içinde yaşlanıp gitmekten kurtulacağım. Zengin olacağım, zengin!

- Annen ölmüş. Kurtlar onu paramparça etmiş. Bulduğum parçaları toprağa gömdüm. Annemi görmedim. Orada değildi. Ceylanlar onu alıp kim bilir nereye götürdü.
Karısı hiçbir şey söyleyememiş. Susmuş… susmuş… günlerce, aylarca tek kelime etmemiş. Ve bir daha da hiiiç konuşmamış

Çok güzel bir hikaye olmuş. Özellikle girişi çok başarılı. Keşke sonu biraz daha iyi bitirilebilseydi.
